There is a code of conduct that suppliers of Gas and Electricity adhear to that prevents them from cutting off your supply should you agree to follow a payment plan. This is why its vital that you contact your supplier and come to an agreement with them (it might be helpful to present them with a realistic plan for repayment of your debt) should you find yourself in difficulty, we can help with this and would suggest that if you are having problems then call us. The plan could fit into one of many models and can be really flexible, options range from a payment every so many days to the use of a pre-pay meter!
